By using Clipshot ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Clipshot is developed and maintained by an independent developer ("we", "us").
Clipshot provides peer-to-peer clipboard synchronization between devices. The core sync functionality operates directly between your devices (P2P). Cloud services (hub discovery, relay transport, account management) are provided as supplementary features to enhance the P2P experience.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for any plan at any time. Price changes for subscription plans take effect at the next billing cycle. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase applies to their subscription.
We may introduce new paid features, tiers, or add-on services at any time. Features currently included in a plan may be moved to a different tier or offered as separate add-ons in the future, provided that core P2P sync functionality remains available to all paying subscribers.
The "Lifetime" license grants access to Pro features for the operational lifetime of the Clipshot cloud services. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Cloud-dependent features (hub discovery, relay transport, account sync) require ongoing server infrastructure. We commit to maintaining these services as long as it remains commercially viable. If cloud services are discontinued, lifetime license holders will receive at least 12 months advance notice.
P2P sync functionality (direct device-to-device clipboard sync) does not depend on our cloud services and will continue to work regardless of cloud service status. Lifetime license holders will always retain access to the latest released version of the Software with all locally-operating Pro features.
Subscription payments may be refunded within 14 days of the charge if the service did not function as described. Lifetime license purchases may be refunded within 30 days. Contact us for refund requests.
Clipshot syncs clipboard data directly between your devices using end-to-end encryption (QUIC/TLS). We do not store, access, or process your clipboard content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or damages arising from the use of the Software. Use at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
